About Us

My name is Saneddie Carty, owner of ChaCartyBoards. Based in New Jersey, I am a professional makeup artist and a proud LGBT Latina mother of two children and one fur baby. For as long as I can remember, I have always had a passion for food, hosting, and creating special moments for my clients, friends, and family to enjoy. My inspiration behind ChaCartyBoards started when my dear friend Rosanna Clase owner of D'Clase Salon asked me to create something unique and delicious for her daughter's graduation party. Truthfully, cooking and creating has always been a form of therapy for me. However, when receiving such heartfelt and positive feedback from my first ever ChaCartycone, I was inspired to keep making delicious, fresh, easy to eat, and fun moments for others as well.  

By utilizing my experience and training as an artist, I am able to specifically curate and customize each ChaCartyBoard, no matter the event or size. Not one  ChaCartryBoard is the same! My goal is to make each customer feel and taste the love I pour into my craft while aesthetically designing the board to match my clients wants, needs, and vision. For me, it’s all about the moment when you’re laughing with your friends, taking pictures, eating delicious food, drinking wine, and sharing memories and stories with a ChaCartyBoard at the center of your table.

My passion as an artist and my lived experience as a mother, partner, sister, and friend has taught me that everything we see, feel, touch, and taste can deeply impact our lives and create memories we will never forget. Throughout building my business, I realized I am most passionate about delivering these special moments to people and playing a role in that joy and love.
